Alexander Naji has a broad spectrum of music teaching skills. His music teaching experiences range from voice and conducting lessons to pronunciation and interpretation lessons of Lieder and arias, particularly for singers whose mother tongue is a non-Western language, music theory and voice training. He has been giving private music lessons since his early student days.
Of course, he is also teaching music at school.
Alexander Naji is a frequent guest instructor for pronunciation and interpretation workshops at the JDL (Japanisch-Deutsche Liedergesellschaft, Japanese German Society of Lied).
Alexander Naji teaches in German, English and Japanese.

音楽教育への取り組みは、学校教育の他、多岐に渡っている。声楽、指揮法、音楽理論、発声（合唱等）はもとより、ドイツリートおよびアリアの発音指導を、特に西欧言語を母語としない歌い手を対象に行っている。日本ドイツリート協会（前クラング）の発声・解釈研究会ではたびたび招聘講師を務めている。
